In most cases orders are shipped the same day and you will receive notification about the shipment. There are multiple shipment methods available and you will receive a tracking number as applicable. We do our best to pack and protect your order before shipping. But we are not responsible for any product damage during transit. International orders may attract customs duties/Taxes in your country and which is beyond our control and we can not give you any estimate about how much the duties will be. You may visit your country’s customs website to get more information about applicable duties. The estimated transit time showed in the shopping cart for each carrier is suggestive only. We do not guarantee transit time or any date for delivery. If you do not receive the shipment in expected time, please feel free to contact us. We will work with you to find a best solution.

International Shipping

We ship our products to most of the countries. You can see the list of countries in the checkout page. If you do not see your country in the list, please contact us. We will try to find out if we can ship to your country. But we give no guarantee on this and Numato’s decision will be final. International orders may attract customs duties/Taxes in your country and which is beyond our control and we can not give you any estimate about how much the duties will be. By ordering our products, you agree that you will be responsible for paying any Duties/taxes levied by any government/non-government agency after the product leaves Numato premises. In no situation, Numato will be liable to pay any additional duties or charges levied after the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Depending on the selected country and order subtotal, some of the shipping options may be free. Eligibility for free shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal as below.

Free Registered post shipping for order subtotal US$0 - US$100

Free EMS/USPS shipping for order subtotal US$101 - US$250

Free UPS shipping for order subtotal above US$251
