Use of products purchased from Numato

The products we sell at Numato are designed for educational and research purpose only. We do not guarantee about the fitness or suitability of our products for any specific purpose. Use our products at your own risk. You should know what your are buying and what you are going to do with the product you bought. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage happened to you directly or indirectly by the use of our products. Do not use our products on life support applications or military purpose or part of anything that can risk human or animal lives or can cause harm to others directly or indirectly.

Warranty

We at Numato.com, do our best to ensure quality of products and accurate information about the products. Numato.com offers full refund if you received a faulty product. To be eligible for a full refund, you should notify Numato about the problem in detail within 14 days of purchase. At any point of time if you are not satisified with any of our products, please contact us. We will do our best to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

Shipping

In most cases orders are shipped the same day and you will receive notification about the shipment. There are multiple shipment methods available and based on which on you choose, you may or may not receive a tracking number. We do our best to pack and protect your order before shipping. But we are not responsible for any product damage during transit. International orders may attract customs duties/Taxes in your country and which is beyond our control and we can not give you any estimate about how much the duties will be. You may visit your country’s customs website to get more information about applicable duties. The estimated transit time showed in the shopping cart for each carrier is suggestive only. We do not guarantee transit time or any date for delivery. If you do not receive the shipment in expected time, please feel free to contact us. We will work with you to find a best solution.

Order Cancellation

In case you need to cancel or modify an order you made, please let us know as early as possible. Orders that are taken out of our premises for shipping (even if you didn’t receive a shipping notification)can not be cancelled. Any order cancelled is eligible for full refund if mode of refund is chosen as store credit. For any other mode of refund, a restocking fee of $5 will be charged.

Replacement of products

If you would like to replace any item ordered incorrectly or for any other reason, we are glad to help you with that. The customer assumes the responsibility of any courier charges to be paid for sending the product to our premises and sending a new item back. Please talk to our customer care to work this out to both the parties satisfaction.

Minimum orders

We do not impose any restrictions on minimum quantity or minimum amount for a valid order. But you will have to pay the shipping charges as calculated by the shopping cart which can be many times the price of the product if you by $1 Microswitch or $0.2 LED. Also all orders totals (excluding shipping) less than $10 will attract a service charge of $2.

International Shipping

We ship our products internationally. At this time we offer shipping to a limited number of countries only. You can see the list of countries in the checkout page. If you do not see your country in the list, please contact us. We will try to find out if we can ship to your country. But we give no guarantee on this and Numato’s decision will be final. International orders may attract customs duties/Taxes in your country and which is beyond our control and we can not give you any estimate about how much the duties will be. By ordering our products, you agree that you will be responsible for paying any Duties/taxes levied by any government/non-government agency after the product leaves Numato premises. In no situation, Numato will be liable to pay any additional duties or charges levied after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
